What's the best way to embed a SlideShare on my Wordpress-blog? (Not wordpress.com)

What is the best plugin to use? Or is there an even easier way?
The more people who ask this question, the more it gets noticed.

Inappropriate? You should just use the regular embed code (look the right side of the slideshow in question - the link which says "Embed in your blog"

Inappropriate?Ok, but the problem is that the regular embed code usually wreaks havoc on our blogs design. At least it did last time I tried, some months ago now. Have you tweaked the embed-code lately so that it works better now?
PS! Thank you for swift response, Rashmi!
I’m still curios

Inappropriate? The WordPress 'Visual' tab sometimes likes to move the closing object tag ( < / object >) further up the code. I find it helps to never leave the 'Code' tab between the first cut and paste and the final Publish...or if you do get over to the Visual tab (as WP moves you there on a Save), go back to 'Code' and make certain that the code is exactly as in original (which may require manually moving the closing tag) and then do your Publish from there.

Inappropriate?I had to turn off the visual editor to keep the WordPress software from messing with the code. To do that, log into WordPress, go to Users, click Your Profile, and un-check "Use the visual editor when writing." Then there's no chance that WordPress will mess with the code.
