Why does my slidecast stop to be an audio downsteamable since days?
I uploaded my first Slidcast 10 days ago.

I worked very well for some time.
Since three days of so the Audi does not start playing - in the footer there is for minutes our hours only to see buffering .... I asked some friends. It is the same from several computers, with different browsers ... Other slidecasts from other people work well.

We checked and the audio url does not seem to be downloading. This could happen if there is some problem in its downloading from its location.
Can you send us the mp3 url of the audio for us to investigate further...

As I am a newbee I did not understand that the MP3-File has to be present at the URL I typed in when I started the SLIDEcast - I thougt that your company would store the (compressed) audio file at its own server, but you are very clever ... now I understand.
You see, I am an evaluator, and I indicate what happened betwee us as the typical misunderstanding resulting from experts implicid knwoledge: you as an Insider thougt that everyone in the word would be very clear about storing the PPTs and the MP3s, I on the other side ans an Outsider and tchincal novice had very macical and mythical ideas - now I see clear - thanks a lot!
