Issues for the app-oriented (vs activity oriented) user

I can't seem to do anything to track the Preview app. I can't drag and drop it, and even though I use it every day, slife doesn't seem to be tracking it. And let me add emphasis to the importance of (a) appropriate icons for apps, and (b) ability to see apps in fixed order instead of always in amount-of-use order.
