Multiple Activites, Same Title Keywords!

Hi and first of all thanks for the great tool Slife that seems to be the only activity recorder which actually recognizes your documents (titles) and allocates them to your projects. Great!

Here's my few feature suggestions:

First, as has been requested by many already, of course Slife should reside in the Windows Tray only when minimized, and not in the Taskbar.

Second, I think it is somewhat strange that creating new activities involves going to the program preferences! This is like if for starting with a new document in Microsoft Word, you have to open the Word settings or something. Instead, new activities of course should be created from within the "Activities" screen, or at least in the File Menu.

Third, I'd like to have a checkmark next to each activity. This is because I have lots of projects for the same customer -- but I'm only working on one of these projects at any given time. Therefore, I'd like to assign the name of that customer as one of the title words with all of this customer's projects (= Slife activities). However in this case, I'd have to check only the one project that I'm actually working on in order not to accumulate time on all of this customers project if a document containing this customer's name in the title is active.
