Slife Web logs me out repeatedly

I just signed up for Slife Mac this week and was very excited about it, but the Slife Web portion--which seems to be where the real functionality lies--keeps logging me out for no apparent reason, even when I'm actively using the browser I logged in on (Firefox). When I switch back to the Slife window for an update of my time and click refresh, it bumps me to the login screen. When I log back in I find that it hasn't been tracking my time. This makes it pretty useless.
Please help. Thanks.
p.s. I'm on Mac OS 10.5.8.
