About Gift Cards

Available in $25, $50, $100 and $500 denominations, SmartyPig gifts cards can be given to both current SmartyPig account holders and individuals to whom you would like to Give the Gift of Savings™ so they, too, can create SmartyPig accounts, become responsible savers and reach their savings goals. SmartyPig gift cards can only be used to start a SmartyPig goal or fund an existing one.

Add "Emergency Fund" savings goal

Add an "Emergency Fund" goal/account type. This would require, however, the ability to "partially" withdraw funds.

(And, yes, in case your wondering...I got the idea from Dave Ramsey. lol )

Smartypig gift card did not get sent to recipient

I sent a gift card to someone NOT already on smartypig, and they never received an email. Why? How long does it take? I double checked the email address.

Also, I thought the gift card interface was a bit tough to use, and it was wierd that I couldn't put that money towards a specific savings goal.
