Transfer in Vs Transfer out
From what i have seen it takes 3 days to transfer fund into SmartyPig... But why does it take 5-7 days to transfer it from SmartyPig back to my bank? Can it be changed to 3 days like the other transfer?

Inappropriate?@Anthony We passed your question to West Bank, our banking partner, and they gave the following response:
Currently, we use a third party gateway for incoming ACH transfers. We do not use this same processor for outgoing ACH transfers and with the current process it does take 5 – 7 business days. We are looking to change both of these processes in the future which will help to improve transfer times.
