What is a "Cash Boost"?
This may sound strange, but can you explain what a "retail cash boost" actually is? Is it a % of cash that is added to the card?

Inappropriate?@Krissi,
Thanks for posting your question. A cash boost is an incentive when closing
your goal and transferring your funds to a retail gift card like Best Buy,
Amazon.com or Overstock.com. So you can essentially get a retail gift card for less.
For example, if you have $1000 saved (funds and interest paid) when you
close your goal and you close your goal to an Overstock.com gift card
(currently 6% boost), you will receive an Overtstock.com gift card in the
amount of $1060.
The percentage of this boost varies retailer by retailer.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Tiffany
