What is SmartyPigs Hold Time Policy on PUSH Funds versus NACHA?

What is Smartypigs HOLD TIME (hours or days or what) policy on PUSH (Disbursement funds)? (The funds consumers request be moved FROM smartypig to another financial institution) and what are the minimum and maximum hold times allowed by the http://pubs.nacha.org/rules.html. I don't want to pay $55 to find out the the min/max hold times when SmartyPig knows it and I shouldn't have to read (although I did and couldn't find it) buried somewhere what SmartyPigs hold time for PUSH funds is.
