Is there a date that interest is paid? It says that interest gets paid quarterly. Is that the last day of March, the last day of June, the last day of October, and the last day of December?

Yes, interest is paid the last day of each quarter. Those dates would be
March 31st, June 30th, September 30th, and December 31st.
