Email chime: friend or foe?
For those of us using Sunflower and TD to record a live stream, will an incoming email register a chime on the recording?

Inappropriate?If you've watched my video, you might remember the section where I mentioned that setting the System Output to the SoundFlower device would result in 'iChat sounds' and other things to be recorded.
So, you want to make sure that you only set the Default Output device to SoundFlower, and leave the System Output device to however it's set.
If this is the case, you shouldn't hear system sounds in the recording.

Inappropriate?FYI, TapeDeck 1.0.1, which was released today, now plays its UI sound effects through the system output device, so that button presses won't pollute TapeDeck recordings of application audio.
