FM Impedance/VAS/spreadsheet? Added Mass....

I use FM 3.1.1. I will begin making impedance measurements. I understand there is a workaround using a spreadsheet which will allow the calculation of VAS from "added mass" measurements. I would like to do this because I have some unknown woofers and I want to generate as complete a set of TS parameters as is possible. Anyone doing this and can you point me to this spreadsheet?
