Have not Received FuzzMeasure Pro Registration (After Five Days Now)
It has now been five days since I tried to register FuzzMeasure Pro and I have now emailed both fuzzmeasure@supermegaultragroovy.com and support@supermegaultragroovy.com a total of five times. After being "pending" for two days, my credit card was charged $150.00 on April 25 and I still have not received a registration key, or for that matter any correspondence what-so-ever from Super Mega Ultra Groovy. I have white-listed supermegaultragroovy.com and waded through five days worth of spam looking for any reply from someone there - but have found none.
Please, what do I need to do to get someone's attention?

Inappropriate?Hi Mark,
I just received your email at support@supermegaultragroovy.com and replied with your license key. I'm not sure why I've not received any of your prior correspondence, though.
Even worse, I have no record of your purchase in my PayPal email folder (they normally mail me for every purchase), while I have found the record of your PayPal purchase online.
At any rate, I'm actively investigating this.
I’m hoping I can diagnose the server issue here

Inappropriate?Thank you so much! I'm really looking forward to using FuzzMeasurePro, after evaluating it for a few days the decision to purchase it was easy.
P.S. Feel free to contact me if I can provide any information that might help determine what might have happened here.
Thanks again. -
Inappropriate?Mark,
I found the source of the error. When you purchased, you misspelled your email address in the purchase form at PayPal. I just dug through all my email and found an undeliverable email message that contained your license key.
Unfortunately, when you emailed to tell me you hadn't received your key, your emails got stuck in my support email's spam filter (I have no idea why). Luckily, Get Satisfaction saved the day for getting your communication through to me. :)
Sorry for the delay.
I’m happy this had a simple explanation

Inappropriate? Thanks. I'm not sure how this happened as I use 1Password for filling in forms like this. I'll have to check to make sure that I haven't got something wrong somewhere in 1Password.
Thanks again!
Mark
