Just doesn't seem to record
It just doesn't work. I love the idea of this app. But on my system - I am using a MacBook Pro, Mac OS v 10.5.6 - I just cannot get the recording to work. No recording level shows up when recordding, and no sound when I play it back. Am I doing something wrong?

Inappropriate?Chris—go to your System Preferences, and check out your Sound settings. Make sure that the default input device is your microphone, and not your line-in.
Of course, if you're not using the built-in mic, you will have to change the default input device to the one you're expecting to record with. :)

Inappropriate?Works fine now! I must suggest somehow, that this might be a good thing to warn people about in the demo. E.g., if product is in Record mode, but input levels detect no sound, put a warning message up, to be sure to check for this line-in issue.

Inappropriate?I've made the settings, but still not recording... the tape counter is not progressing , stays at 0.00.00
So far, I'd have to say I do NOT enjoy this software...don't have a good thing to say about it...
someone help me fix it, then I will put in a good word, although, I do believe certain common sense default settings should be a default... I shouldn't have to dick around with making software work by getting into arcane labyrinth preference settings...

Inappropriate?What audio hardware do you have? Are you using the built-in audio input on your Mac? What items do you have in your audio input list, and what have you selected?
