The recording quality is fixed to LQ in unregistered mode. Registering unlocks medium and high quality recordings.

The program is registered, still don't know how to change recording quality - very impressed with support!

To change recording quality, just click on MQ or HQ in the recording settings display (the red group of controls on the main window).
