Timer. That is, the ability to automatically stop recording after a set period of time?
I am surprised nobody asked this yet. I've bought TapeDeck mainly to record from old tapes. I do that on a remote iMac and I have to be careful to remember to stop recording as there is no way (yet, I hope) to trim unwanted portions.
