Losing Room on Main Drive from Photos Copy from 2nd Drive
Snapact Photo Manager ask okay to get photos from a devise it found and when I clicked okay it copied all photos from this devise. The copied photos where placed in the Pictures Folder as free (not in a sub folder) photo files causing my main drive C drop from 101 GB to 81 GB with no way to search these files. Does Snapact Photo Manager rely on these photo files to snyc with Snapact Photo Share? I understand there is a problems with USB Devises - is this one of them? I am using

Inappropriate?Hello CityRanch,
When you said that your free space on C: drive dropped from 101GB to 81 GB, how big were those files that you actually copied from the external driver to your main hard drive? Also, are you able to view those pictures from either Snapact or the Windows Explorer?
Snapact has an issue with adding pictures from removable hard drives (e.g., USB drivers, extneral hard drives) to albums. Nevertheless, Snapact should be able to browse, view and edit those photos just fine if you just want to keep those photos locally on your hard drive.
Also, Snapact does require you retain the source of the photos which are uploaded to Snapact website on your hard drive.
Please let me know if I have answered your questions.
