Whlie starting the program the following error occurs:

Unfortunately, the issue was cased by Snapact not supporting Windows 2000, according to http://www.snapact.com/requirements.
The application crashed on Windows 2000 and the "DBGHelp.dll" is a module that Windows 2000 triggered in attempting to diagnose what the issue was. And since Snapact doesn't support Windows 2000, this module isn't available on your system.
