Thanks for posting your question on GetSatisfaction about Adding Friends in Snapact community.
To add someone as your friend, you need to browse to that person's Snapact homepage. One's homepage on Snapact looks like: http://www.snapact.com/u/[account-name], where [account-name] is replaced with the actual account name that this person had chosen.
Once you are on their homepage, you should look for the "Add to friends", link in the "Action" box to the left of the screen where you will find a bunch of thing that you can do with Snapact online share.
Of course, your friend will receive and then acknowledge/accept your request for adding them as online friends. It also takes the sever some time to reflect your friendship status.
If you send an email to help@snapact.com with your [account-name], we will see what happens to your "Add to friends" request and be able to assist you privately.
