My name is Otto Imken and I am the Customer Support Manager at Snapfish. I’ve really enjoyed being able to get direct feedback here at
www.getsatisfaction.com/snapfish from our dedicated and thoughtful users. Because you all have been so helpful in the past, I thought I would ask for more feedback from you all about some recent changes we’ve made here at Snapfish Customer Support.
On June 1, 2008 we relocated our Snapfish US Telephone Support Team to a new partner located in Hyderabad, India. We spent months planning the transition before it happened and we have spent the past two and a half months since then working hard to make the change a successful one. My Snapfish Level 2 Support Team here in San Francisco, CA has spent literally a few thousand hours with the new Telephone Support team training, traveling, monitoring, advising, answering questions, fixing bugs, redesigning processes and generally doing everything we can to help this new team give you, our users, the best support we possibly can.
After two and a half months of hard work we know that there is still plenty to do but, overall, we think our new Snapfish US Telephone Support Team has done a very good job at meeting our high standards of training and knowledge. But it is not our opinion that really matters: you are the ones who will decide whether we have been successful or not.
Therefore I would like to ask that you send us any and all feedback you have about Snapfish Telephone Support, specifically about Telephone Support you have received since June 1, 2008: positive or negative, suggestions or complaints, any feedback you have is welcome.
