Downloading Hi Res Photos On Snapfish: Glitch or Scam?
I am trying to download hi-res photos. If I choose to download more than one photo at a time (i.e. if I try to download the maximum 50 photos per order), the dialog box states that there is a system error. I am running this on a Mac. What's the deal? I have successfully downloaded one photo at a time, but that's cumbersome and more expensive (since the 2nd photo costs only 5 cents v. 25 cents).

I'm sorry for the inconvenience!
It sounds like the hi-res version of one of the photos in your group was not available at the time that you tried to order, thus causing the order to fail. Isuues like this are usually only temporary.
The fact that you are on a Mac does not have any effect on this issue.
