Downloading to my computer
Why don't you make it easier for Snapfish users to download? Everywhere you look there is information on uploading. I got the photos on to my computer anyway. I will hesitate before I upload photos to your site again. It used to be an option.

Inappropriate?Hi,
Sorry; I don't quite understand. You asked about downloading photos, but then you said that already have the photos on your computer. Why do you need to download if you already have the photos on your computer? I'm just trying to make sure that we are both using the same terminology.
FYI: Snapfish has not changed its download options. -
Dear Tony,
I had to choose and select each and every one individually (all 59 of them)
Is there a way to download all of them (an entire file) to my computer without having to select each one individually? All the instructions I clicked on said "upload" I want to put pictures from a file on Snapfish onto my computer.
Please share the instructions.
My next batch has 106 photos in it..

Inappropriate?I'm very sorry Sandy, but I still do not understand. You state that you have photos saved on your computer, so I do not understand why you need to re-download them from Snapfish to your computer. If you downloaded them from Snapfish, they would be the exact same photos that you say you already have saved on your computer.
Perhaps if you describe to me the specifics of the project that you are working on I will better understand exactly what you need from Snapfish.
Thanks -
Dear Tony,
Let me try and explain what I need. My daughter and others share pictures with me using Snapfish. I would like to put them on my computer hard drive. Yes, I can go to them one at at time and download them to my computer. This is a very time consuming task especially when they send me 106 photos at a time. I just want Snapfish to make it as easy to Download to my computer as they do to Upload to your website.
The reason I would like to have them on my hard drive as well as on Snapfish is that I have a few older people in my life who will not sign up for account with you no matter what I tell them. They will never look through them. In iPhoto there is a way to put your photos together and send a link. One particular person I know is still using a modem. It takes them forever to look through photos.
In the past there was a selection to Download. I still use Snapfish to store photos and love the feature that allows me to send photos to others through the mail. In fact, there may be photos of mine that I no longer have on a hard drive and only stored on Snapfish. I know this is true for my daughter.

Inappropriate?Hi,
If you choose to order a hi-res download, you can select multiple photos at a time, but if you just want to save the smaller file the you see in your online Snapfish account to your hard drive, the only option is to hold the "control" key while you click with your mouse and select "save as". That is the only way to save an online image to your hard drive. For those using a PC, right-click with the mouse and select "save as".
