Low res warning on my photos from Snapfish?
Low resolution on Snapfish photos in my calendar. I ordered hi-res downloads from Snapf, still low resolution on calendar, Then ordered a disk, STILL low resolution warning appearing. You have convinced me to spend a lot of $ so far and still poor qual photos from your website?

Inappropriate?I'm sorry for the confusion. We only print or produce the images at the resolution they were uploaded to us. We don't alter them to increase resolution or decrease the resolution in a way that will cause a low resolution warning. The solution is that you need to upload the image to your Snapfish account again using higher resolution jpgs.
Please let me know you have any further questions about this matter.

The bigger issue is that it takes so long to resolve questions. Long wait for phone help at an international site where I was encouraged to download hi-res photos (at a cost). When these were not hi-res enough I was encouraged to purchase a photo cd of same photos. Still not hi-res enough for calendar project. The images are from a friend's album, and have produced wonderful prints. Snapfish makes it SO HARD!
