Why does Snapfish make inaccurate claims?
Why does Snapfish say, "We enable our members to share, print and store their most important photo memories at the lowest prices - online or off" when they know they are one of the most expensive services with regard to retrieving high res photos via download or CD/DVD?

Inappropriate?Hi Dulcimer,
Snapfish states that we enable our members to share, print, and store their most important photo memories at the lowest price - online or off" because that statement is true. We enable our members to share their online photos with friends and family, for free. We enable and assist our members to print their photos at home, for free. We enable our members to have their photos printed for them for 9 cents a print (mail order), which is the lowest price in the industry (pre-paid prints at 8 cents). We also enable our members to store their online photos on our site, for free.
The above claims are accurate and true.
That statement has nothing to do, nor does it mention Snapfish being the low price leader on CD's or hi-res downloads. Maybe that is something that we need to look into in the future. I will definitely pass that on.
There are always other businesses that may carry one or two products at a lower price. However, I am sure if you peruse our site and compare our products and prices to other competitors, you will see that Snapfish is the "best value in photography."
Thank you,
Sara

Inappropriate?Thank you, Sara, for clarifying, especially for offering to pass that along to the folks who do Snapfish marketing. I know that, in my own experience, I've used photo-sharing services without knowing quite how they work, and I don't have a good benchmark for how to decide which services are *actually* a better deal. I know that you're obviously biased, being from Snapfish (nothing wrong with that), but I sincerely appreciate your willingness to respond.
I hope that you'll consider her response, dulcimer, and I hope there's some way we can change your mind about Snapfish.
I’m hopeful
