Error, "our voice player could not load. Please make sure your HTML codes are correct." showing in the widget creation wizard.
I'm having the same problem that others seem to be. I just recently created an account and was trying to create a widget for use on another site. In the widget creation wizard, the preview shows the error "Your voice player could not load. Please make sure your HTML codes are correct." I've tried in a number of browsers and I've verified that a friend's voice player is working correctly for me, so it's not Flash, or a bad configuration on my computer, it's something about my profile. Any help?

Inappropriate?Yes, this is affecting a lot of snapviners, so it is a very high priority. We're working hard to get this fixed. Thanks for all your information and examples!
I’m confident

Inappropriate?I was having the same problem....how i got mines to work is....when i first created a player i deleted the 3 new messages, so there were NO messages in my box.... I had my sis to call and leave a message.....finally it worked...i dunno if that will help....good luck

Inappropriate?I'm glad you've found a temporary fix Michelle. So anyone who is getting the html error and also has no messages can add a message to their voice player and then you should be able to use the embed code to paste the player onto your profile. We're still working super hard to correct the issue, but until then, at least there's a temporary solution. Thanks again!!

Inappropriate?I am also having the same problem. Once I deleted the default comments, my box disappeared. Nobody has called me from Customer Service. I can't even see the comment my son put on so I could test my voicebox. The worse thing about it all is SOMEBODY is collecting their share on the long distance charges from calls going into these boxes when people are leaving messages into our accounts, but messages r going to cyber space!!!!

Inappropriate?I thought it would be fun to have this on my YB site, but now if its going to be this much trouble, i don't think i will until they get this crap together.... YOU are correct in saying someone is racking up with their share of the long distance charges..... To me some one is lying saying they can not find a fix on this right now and they are trying? HMM yeah right.

Inappropriate?Click on your home page and scroll down to 'voice comments' and then click on 'view all'. You will then be able to set the comments to public, by clicking on the solid blue circle, thus putting a white dash in the circle which makes them public. If you wish to have your comments public, click on 'account' at the top right corner and then click on 'Privacy Settings' where you can click off the box 'Yes, screen my voice comments'. Hope this helps.
You need to have a comment and possible an intro in order to avoid the html error code. You can also use a microphone to record a comment to yourself, if you have no comments available yet, thus avoiding long distance charges.
