Why does it say User not found when i try to log in?
I am so confused. It keeps saying user not found, but i'm using the link directly from my email. I couldn't have typed it in wrong if i have emails from snapvine in my inbox. It's the right email address and i use the same password for everything. I don't understand why it says user not found...how can it not be found if i'm connecting from the link from a snapvine email?

ok..i sent you the email. i'm super frustrated. i keep getting notifications from snapvine that people have sent me comments but i can't sign in to my account to listen to any of them. i am so aggravated, lol. i seriously am lost. i know its free so i shouldn't complain too much,but is it supposed to be this difficult? I mean, how can my email not be found if snapvine is sending me emails? seems like if i'm getting notices my email is on record. i just get stuck in this stupid loop of trying to sign in. i push lost password, and put in my email, i get a stupid message. i try to log in i get a stupid message. what am i supposed to do? I even followed the link that was sent to rest my password and STILL got user not found AFTER resetting the password. What am i doing wrong? -
