Filters for the API
I love the API, but it would be great if you could add filters to let me fetch only new messages since a given timestamp. We use socialcast a lot and so our feed takes a long time to load even if I just want to see the last 24 hours worth of data.

We're working on some improvements to the documentation for the API - this is actually possible using the "since=<unix>" parameter but unfortunately the docs don't include that info.
This will return messages posted or updated during that time, so you might have to post-filter by the "created_at" field if you want only new messages.
