About New Layout Manager
New layout manager is very good but How can i show 12 members under the newest members tab & 12 groups under newest groups. When i log out from the network it goes directlty to the members tab. How can i change this so that it goes to the welcome page again after logging out.

When logging out you should automatically go back to the default page very shortly - it's being worked on right now!

Hi Tom,
My site was working well yesterday but in the evening their is a problem on the right hand site groups tab title is not showing and the red color which was given to the header of Newest Members is now the color of whole coloumn. Kindly check and give me the solution.

When I went to enable layout manager, it is saying that "Note : You will loose all of your homepage widgets by doing this so please save any custom code you have before performing the upgrade."
Does it mean I will loose codes which I put in "Ads&Custom HTML" and blog contents in my profile where I used some http:// path.?

no i dont think so, my understanding is that you will only loose codes in the Homepage Widget Boxes.

I want to remove some HTML which I put before LM launch from my network. In that case, should I disable LM? and if I disable LM, will I loose my works which I have done with LM?

Correct you can switch off the layout manager, remove the code and re-enable it. I don't believe you'd lose your work.
