Embedding videos takes up barely any storage/bandwidth... With regards to storage on your network, you just need to add up an average number of photos per member, an average number of videos and an average number of MP3s, then multiply each by the size of each file, to create what you imagine the average storage size needed by each member to be.

For instance, if each of your members had 20 photos at 200kb each, 5 MP3s at 3MB each, and 5 videos at 5MB each - each 'average' member would need 44MB.

You could then divide 50GB by 44MB to get a rough guideline of how many members your network could host. In this case by those imaginary figures I just used it would be roughly 113.

Hope this helps - it's of course rough and is totally dependent on the nature of your network, and what you permit your members to upload.
