Big Layout manger Issue

Every time if i edit a subtab or module, i add a title to the module or subtab and save it, but if i go to see my site, the tile is not there, and if i go back to the layout manager sometimes there the title to see or also away, or the title is still in the layout manager but don't appears on the page. layout manager is not saving titles !! or if the layout manager has saved a title and i want edit this than it dont shows up on the page.

Also every time if i will edit a custom hml (after drag and drop a custom HTML box into a zone) if i open this, there comes automaticly "show to people who are not loged in". i click "visible only to loged in members" i save it i go to the site and it is visible for all !! if i go back to edit i see it is in "visible to members who are not loged in". Please can you respond me and fix this ?

so if i click visible to loged in members only, it is to see for all, that i have seen with my theatre sidebar i clickd on visible for loged in mebers only but i saaw it also in y welcome page, and this cant be visible for all, and i must delete de theater sidebar. waf :-(
