Can ́t enter in my Network?!!!!! SocialGo ́s server is down?

Today, still, extremly slow.
Have not encountered a time out error yet, but takes far to long to load pages.
Any suggestion?

This seems to be an on-again, off-again issue... just happened to me... I am only just now able to reach the login page of my site.

Glamour Club, Rob, you two sound like you have been here long enough. Any past experience in that respect?
Is this a freak occurrence or does it happen every other week.
I am trying to establish a business and it will be very damaging to me financially if this is an ongoing thing, Id rather cut my losses and change right now, before my customers are here....

Please advise.

No, this is a freak occurence ; otherwise we wouldn't be belly-aching...

I have been with social-go a few months, and am thrilled with the platform and the level of service.

I know they were doing some unplanned upgrade (i saw an earlier posting) and in future, the main improvement they need to make is a shotgun email to all the network owners: "got an emergency - service will be choppy for 30 mins" and it would be PERFECT.

Hi guy's, we're very much on this right now, its been one hell of an evening but we will report back to you as soon as everything is done.

I very much apologise for not sending out a mail about todays speed issues, but as soon as we saw what was going on we jumped right in to fix the problem. we should have sent out a quick mail to all owners and I think as soon as we finish up with the unplanned upgrades, we'll all have a think about the best ways of keeping you guys more informed.

so as a first step, we've got some of our servers back online now and you should see a speed increase and better performance than the last couple of hours. the other servers are currently just finishing their upgrades and will be back with you in the next hour.
