Can't log in to GOsocial Admin Centre with my network log in details
Can't log in to Admin Centre with my network email and password http://my.socialgo.com/public/sign_in and the help page isn't working http://www.socialgo.com/help/admin-fi.... I find myself here. Any suggestion to get me in to administrate my new network?

Inappropriate?i had the same problem. i just solved it with creating a new network.
i ́ve sent an e-mail to widget labrory and to socialgo.
the social go team told me to create a new one.
now it works fine :) -
That's fine but I have a specific name I need to use for the network. And not the point if I'm going to use SocialGo as a community platform I have to know its reliable and won't break. Not a good sign if the first breakdown means I have to start all over again. -

Inappropriate?Well, after waiting for this issue to be resolved and it hasn't I come to write a report for an organisation to recommend a "create your own" social network platform. SocialGo was submitted for consideration by one of the organizations stake holders.
With issues such as simply not being able to access the admin area and the added complication of having to submit my details and sign up to SocialGo LTD just to track my help request I have no other alternative than to dismiss the SocialGo platform as unreliable and inadequately supported.

Did you e-mail through your details to us? I can't find a record at support@socialgo.com of anything under "pcmcreative" and obviously I don't have your e-mail address (I can't find any networks with "pcmcreative" or related to "pcmcreative" in the name)

Inappropriate?Yes Tom I did email. I even have a tracking number #2093. I can't access the tracking report as I have to sign up to the SocialGo LTD site to see the info. Under the circumstances I don't want to submit my details to you again as after all I thought I had an account with you.
