How can I change the order of Forum Topics? I wasnt General Discussion to be always at the top?

If there's a topic you would always like to appear at the top, then go to your topic, select to edit and tick the box marked 'sticky'. Any topics with 'sticky' ticked will always appear at the top of your list.

Inappropriate?Or if you are trying to move the order of the topics site owner can do this by clicking and dragging the forum in to it's location.
