Chat feature not working.
I have been trying to use the chat feature for a few days now. It does not seem to be working.
Just wanted to know what is happening with it. What is being done, etc.

Voice chat doesn't work. I attached here screen shot of it. I tried from 2 differend computer, one is laptop which is connected via mobile broadband, another is Desktop computer which is connected by FO cable .
2 days ago I chatted with my friend by text, that time voice chat also didn't work. Today I even didn't see any option for text chat. When I clicked on green call button there appears small window which is attached here.
For my network, voice chat feature is necessary, crucial. So could you solve this problem very soon?

I hope the release it before the end of the month, like next week. And also I hope the video group chat room comes out soon too. From what I've read it won't be available the day the widget store opens. -

I don't see why I should have to pay for another chat facility just because yours doesn't work properly.
This is another example of how buggy so much of the zocku/socialgo software is and how many features are still missing.
Since you officially moved out of "beta", speed and stability have improved, but not much else that members can see. A lot of my members are drifting back to rival sites on Ning and elsewhere because they feel there's more functionality.
I'm nervous of encouraging more people to join up because it just doesn't feel up to the standards members expect. They want to be able to do some of the things they can on other networks. And problems still seem slow to be resolved here. -

After I signed into my network using 2 different IDs from 2 different computers, I clicked on green call bottom to chat with 2-nd PC with different ID. But even after I accepted the call from 1-st PC on the 2-nd PC, there was shown on 2-nd PC's screen that "Waiting for PC 1 to answer". If I made call from 1-st PC, why I should answer from 1-st PC?
This is just for revealing the problem. -

You might want to try again, we literally just reset the chat i tested it on a users network and it worked fine.

I've just tested this on your network with a colleague, and the chat, including voice, worked fine. Please try this again when you have time, and keep in mind if you're not refreshing the page it may take up to 30 seconds before you see the chat request.

With chat request, there is no problem, the other PC receives it, but it is saying that waiting for me to answer. Even some of members said that they don't see any chat request when I sent to them chat request.

I didn’t receive enough response from support@socialgo.com regarding my question about chat feature. Will said Alex Will answer to my question.
There are many problems for example,
1. When I called to someone on the my network he said he didn’t see any window asking accept or reject.
2. Another case is when call request window appears on the other end of call and when it was accepted, there was shown again that “waiting for person, who made this call, to answer”
3. Sometimes people are not shown as on-line even they are on-line.
4. Yesterday, when I and Will tested audio chat on the my network I heard his voice but it was very weak, even I put up all my voice setting at the maximum. But he wasn’t able to hear me at all.
Still now, I haven't clear understanding regarding future of voice video chat feature. Please can you give me answer to my below questions?
1. In general, can my network members make voice and video chat with each other without any interruption and delay?
2. When audio video chat feature will start to functioning normally? When will you finish to fix it?
I want to remind you again that my network is "Lets Talk in English". This is for those who want to improve their speaking English. I stopped to invite people to my network temporally.
I’m absolutely agree with Ivana that why we should have to pay extra money for another chat feature. 25 USD per month, it is not small amount.
How much we will pay if we buy audio, video chat feature from widgetlaboratory ?
