So let me understand something... it's okay to be lied to by your Genius and whoever else like to get involved... It's okay to be insulted and talked down to by your crew yet when someone stands up to you with some proof ... you scream foul?? Abusive language?? since when is ass or verbal diarreah abusive language?? lmao ... kid's hear worse than that at public school. I must admit though... it is a great way to hide when you're caught.. Oh don't worry, I took screen shots of the pages before you removed them...(including my last post and the topic was deleted page with the reasoning behind it)..I will be forwarding it to all of my U.K. Connections so that it hits you close to home...I'll make sure it spreads like the old commercial of I tell 2 friends and they'll tell 2 friends and so on and so on and so on..

I was nice to begin with and perhaps you should reply when you ask people to send you emails rather than just going on and trying to make laughing stocks out of the very members you are trying to keep and charge..
I would have been happy to work with you but I don't deal well with child mentality insults and lies after ignoring emails we have sent after being asked to..
Everything you do now will just make matters worse. -

Do you guys have Skype or similar to chat with me directly? I am the founder of SocialGO and I am interested in talking with you further.
Just to clear up a couple of your misconceptions :
- Your topic was deleted by GetSatisfaction who are unrelated to us.
- Evil Genius is a independent third party who is not a member of our support staff.
- Our support staff diligently ensure that all emails get answered and responded to. If you have failed to get a response or have an ongoing issue then you need to let us know via support@socialgo.com and it will be followed up.
Nobody has hidden anything from you or lied to you or anything of the sort. We are working hard on new features, the Zocku hosting infrastructure and loads of exciting things for the next few weeks and months. The team are working exceptionally hard on the service and we welcome criticism and debate about our service but the repetitive posting of anti-SocialGO messages is not appropriate use of this forum.
If you don't want to pay then you are of course free to leave or run a non-adult network on SocialGO. We would of course love to have you both and for you both to be happy customers but if you don't feel SocialGO is the right choice then you can close your network today.
I am offering to speak with you both directly and i do hope you will take me up on my offer.

Hi Alex... No, I don't have Skype or anything of that nature.. As far as your comment on letting you know via support@socialgo.com, I personally sent out 3 emails to tom@socialgo.com with respect to my concerns and I had offered some suggestions and never got a reply.. Instead, I just got 2 more automated emails reminding me of the charges to come on the new platform... I took that as a direct insult..
As far as no one lying... be careful as your 3rd party (not too smart Genius) has spit one out after another and his degrading insults do nothing for me or anyone else you are trying to save... In fact, he only succeeds in giving you a bad name. People are posting because they are concerned and upset and he's the one replying and not in professional manner that best represents your interests.

Well Alex.... I have waited all day to hear from you and since... have gotten into a discussion with Amy (co founder of Get Satisfaction).
Seems that there is a huge problem that needs to be sorted and until it is... Many people will be firm believers that there is an ownership tie between the two businesses and that Evil Genius is an employee of one or both of you..
I am still waiting and still willing to give you my ideas and suggestions and have not yet closed the door...... getting close though

Evil Genius was replying as if he were a SocialGo employee. I was not the only person fooled into believing this.
Considering all the problems we're STILL having, even though "beta is over", I'm fearful that my people will LEAVE my SocialGo networking site, leaving me holding the bag ($70+/month).
I'm already investigating alternatives to SocialGo, such as http://grou.ps/
Give me a reason to stay with SocialGo, especially considering that the NEW SocialGo website for adult content (Zukku?) is not a memorable name...
I think you're pushing your adult groups into this move too soon with no guarantees. -

Widget Lab are a resource for SocialGO because of their experience with Ning. Anyone can respond here its an open forum. If you do not want any other responses to your inquiries then send a message to support@socialgo.com.
only $49 for next two months as they are waving the member billing fee. So if you do not think running a site for $50 to try out webmastering an adult site then maybe its not for you. $50 is nothing to start an online business that could potentially make you $1000 or more a month.3 Comments Add a comment

I already have a direct link with Alex, Amy and Thor and I am hopeful that together we will get to a viable solution.. The only reason I have Amy and Thor involved is simply because their intervention team.......???? allowed Evil Genius to trigger this post to get to the anger level..... Nuff said on my end.. and we'll let the powers of being come up with a final decission and offer.

Diane, I'm not having much luck finding evidence of Evil Genius being abusive to you. I did see the topic that was removed. My take on it was that Evil Genius was initially very civil and trying to be helpful in that topic. He obviously disagrees with those who are upset with SocialGo about the new pricing plan and he is supportive of SocialGo. I can see, though, that as his frustration level grew he got more impatient and by the end was being fairly condescending. However, since that topic has already been removed it's rather a moot point unless there is a continued pattern of abuse and/or community guidelines violations. If you do feel that you are experiencing abusive treatment in the future please flag the offending item and we will take a look.

I no longer wish to post on this forum and since a short while ago, I found out who, exactly, Evil Genius is (developer for Widget Lab which is a resource for your client), by Ryan and only confirmed by Eric's simple 2 word backing not 3 minutes later. Based on your answer to me just now and how, you obviously feel, Evil Genius did nothing to provoke, antagonize, belittle or lie to heat this discussion to the point where many got angry, others got upset and yet others believe that there is a tie or junction between you and SocialGO. This now only confirms my feeling that Evil Genius will not get reprimanded and how he is not just supportive of SocialGo but is a resource for them with Widget Lab (who SocialGo is using due to their experience with NING...the same Network that just finished letting all these same people down like SocialGo is doing now)..
Now if this is not a Conflict of interest..... I don't know what is. All these postings and actions are so neatly being put together in a series of Screen Shots by many of us and I'm certain that all this material and information and coverup for SocialGo and your very own Client's Resource (who was with your Client's former competition) that screwed these very same people over the same issue with a different twist a short while ago, will make a wonderful package for all of your clients to read.
As I said before, I am a business owner and I have learned a long time ago to dot all my i's, cross all my t's and more importantly .... read everything there is to read. Some people just require learning the hard way of not getting involved with their client's issues on their own forums or discussion boards because somewhere along the way there will be a conflict of interest generated and a hole that gets dug....only gets deeper. In this case it was Ryan's post with Eric's backing that set this fate.. Without it, your explanation may have flew and gone un noticed... I know that I will make certain that I will forward this very post and page to Alex of SocialGo and to every possible member of that network that I can possible find.

Amy works for Get satisfaction not SocialGO. Do what you must but I back SocialGO and WidgetLab on every theyve said and posted on GetSatisfaction...Evil Genius responds to people who are spamming these forums and on the owners network with lies and miss information.

You are amazing! if you have read the things I post here then you would know I have been helpful to many asking questions and I don't even work for SocialGO just being friendly. I don't understand why you have GetSat involved when they have nothing to do with SocialGO.
To be honest I cant figure out what your problem with the SocialGO platform is. This forum is to discuss issues people have with the platform its not a soap box to air your anger towards other posters. If you have a problem with SocialGO please contact then directly and quit posting here clogging up GetSat with this BS as you put it and let people find answers on how to use the platform. -

1) The problems and such were part of the expected BETA program... so your members having unrealistic expectations is difficult, but something you should consider addressing head-on. Remind them that these anticipated growing pains were always intended to deliver you to the final product which is here now. Make them excited that the time has come for the REAL DEAL. There was never any incompetence... just false belief and expectation by anyone who doesn't understand what BETA means (by definition)
2) You can map your domain to the new address so that no one will have to struggle to memorize any new name.... as if that was so hard?

After reading your comment I decided to click on it again, the first time I did about a month or so ago, I got a blank page, but when I clicked http://Grou.ps this time, it came up and looks amazing. (Sorry SocialGo guys.. but well.. it does..) and they have a ton of adult groups that are not porn sites and appear to be free..? They look like they are truly groups/social networks and not monetizing adult porn sites... like mine.. There are some things I like on SocialGo/Zocku, and some things I'm liking about Grou.ps, I would like to know your thoughts on it..
