Grey faces, blank pages and more
The photo problems with all the grey heads just don't seem to be getting any better. I've got members uploading the same picture as many as 7 times to try and get it to appear. The blue quick help screen still won't go away. When I try and send messages, I get a blank screen.
Members are saying publicly that SocialGo sites just don't work well. It's so disheartening when you're trying to build a network and get people to sign up and stay with you. I'm so upset and worried that people will leave.

Inappropriate?Yes, Ivana you are right! THERE ́S A MEJOR PROBLEM AGAIN WITH UPLOADING PHOTOS: DOESN ́T WORK! Now that the Musics are OK, both the Uplaoder and the Simple Uploader simply shows grey heads with an ask point. The Photos don ́t appear at all.
Can Socialgo tell us when the Photos gonna be work again? Thanks. -

Inappropriate?Today's even worse. Yet more members trying to upload the same photo seven or eight times. I know you're doing work, but the speed is nightmarishly slow.
I've already moved from Ping to here, and I'm seriously thinking of moving again or packing up altogether.

Very sorry you are having problems. We are aware of it and working on it as we speak.
Please be aware that we are in a beta period with the software where we freely let people use the software provided that you accept you may occassionaly come across the odd bug. You report it, we fix it. That's the way beta works.
