How am I supposed to GET SUPPORT when socialgo's SUPPORT PAGE IS DOWN!!!
I feel like I have given you guys a fair shake, comingover from ning and all. I was not looking for a "free" ride but damn!, will you ever get it right. It has just come to my attention that members could not signup because for some unknown reason the action making my site a pay site was ACTIVATED!, and I certainly did not do it.
Hell, most days I cant even log in to my OWN site. I would suggest that BEFORE you attempt to charge us premiums you fix whatever is goin on and gain a satisfied customer, because right now it SUCKS!!

Hey there,
I appreciate your frustration! We have been working flat out for the past few weeks to get things up and running. As you may have seen we experianced nearly a 1000% increase in traffic in a very short space of time and that has caused us a number of problems for networks.
Last night we finally got a collection of new servers ahead of shedule and decided to put them in. Before the update, the platform was seeing very poor page load times and many networks where unusable so we decided to bring forward the update.
The team worked through the night till 5am to implement the new infrastructure and took page loads times down by 90%. We are now shoring up the infrastructure, fixing bugs and improving things daily.
There are a number of outstanding issues, including the GetSat help center and these are being worked through as quickly as possible.
We appreciate you are frustrated and we are doing everything we can get things fixed up.

Inappropriate?Sorry you're having problems. It looks like SocialGO is having some problems, and I can understand your frustration, but please try to meet them halfway and give them a chance to fix the problems.

I AM trying to meet them halfway. But it seems to me they dont give that same consideration. How do you take thousands of networks offline and NOT even notify the owners or send ourtesy emails to members. Its irresponsible. I have lost members over the past few weeks andl lots of them because they could not log in or sign up. So you tell me, where is there half way mark with me?

I'll do my best to help you get a response, but please keep in mind that they are a new service, and they are undoubtedly working hard right now to try and fix things. If you come at them "pissed as HELL!!!" they're probably going to be hesitant to engage with you.
