Some users they don't know English really well. So I would like to translate it. Is it possible?

Inappropriate?You can add in your own translation by using Google Translate and add in the translation in manually by going to your admin center - layout manager and edit the "Edit Help content:" on the pages help -

Inappropriate?You can add a new tab with help information through the Layout Manager if you want.
What LukeDL means is that when you are in the Layout Manager, you can click on a tab and then click on 'Edit Page' (button above).
In the window that opens up you can add specific meta data for that page but also any HELP tekst you want, in any language.
