I need help really bad

Last night I spent most of the night trying to put together a site here. This morning trying to log in and i am being told that my email and pass word is wrong. Secondly, I have tried to log into www.my.socialgo.com with the same results. I have tried to reset my pass word all night long and I am still locked out. I know i set up my site right because i am getting emails telling me that i have members pending to be approved. The third problem I am having is that the few times i was in my site and had pending memebers, I am unable to see the list of pending members. I am being told that it is for moderators only. If i am the creator of the site, shouldnt I be a moderator?
