I still cannot access admin login after 5 days

Help I cannot access my admin log in as it rejects username and password (these still work if logging in as a user). WE have lost the changes we made to the site including the template and css and need to begin getting it ready for launch. The url is shirtlifterz.socialgo.com (hope its okay to put this in) can someone help?
