Is ticket#5308 still being investigated? ( New member request error)

Hi guys,

I have a member request error on my site since 4 days, 73 new members showing while there are no new members waiting to get approved.
Those 73 have also the strange status: " member has yet to pay "

I dont have member billing activated! Screenshots available at the zendesk ticket#5308

I got an answer from Michael, but as most of the time(s) his answer(s) is(are) not satisfying!

If you are aware of this error and working on it, thats ok, but please let me know.........
