Keep us updated on our problems & idea's (please)
I like the getsatisfaction help pages it lets the owners and the networkowners share idea's and report problems.
BUT when we share a idea or repot a problem all we get is:
"Cool idea... we'll have a think about it!"
but we never get a response on off any one once an idea or problem has been asked.
So for idea's you would say:
"we will pass it on to the team"
but we never get a responce saying what the team said if it was a good idea or if it is impossible to do.
And its the same for problems.. you say
"we will look in to it"
But never tell us when it has been fixed.
so please keep us updated on our problems & ideas (please!)

Unfortunately it's not always easy for us to return a status on all the ideas that get brought up on here, however if you have a specific question about the status of an idea then feel free to email support@socialgo.com.
This also applies if you are having a problem with your network. Emailing support@socialgo.com enters you into our ticketing system and assigns your issue to a support team-member. From there we can analyse the problem with input from you and follow it through until it's solved.
