Many problems to log in

Hello I have been taking complaining for my members about how sometimes their music and videos dissapear when they log in and then after they refresh the page they come back up. and many are receiving the Error 101 that the site does not exist. others saying that they are having problem to log in to http://bestprofile.socialgo.com they have to try more than one. I've proven all those things by myself too.. What is happening?
