Member can't access

One of my members can't get in anywhere but home. His work computer locks him out.
He tried his Windows handheld device and it won't him either.

Can he reset his browser?

Inappropriate?

Sounds like he might be using an old/obselete browser. Get him to update to the latest version, or if he's using IE, try our FireFox (www.firefox.com).
