Members need to be able to block members they don't get along with

I hate having to butt into a love triangle with one lover saying the other one has STDs, and the other one playing innocent trying to get the loud one in trouble, while the one in the middle is stuck. Then when they all decide where they stand, they are running to me and I have to give each one a warning...

It'd be so much easier if we had an option for our users to click, so that they can block a member they don't get along with from commenting on their walls or pictures.. or even contacting in general.

Please help! :(
