Messages to all dont arrive at validated email addresses

Hi guys,

My members keep complaining that they dont get the messages to all I send out once in a while, those members did validate their email address!!

I tested the consistency in the arrival from the messages to all, I have 5 (test)accounts active and I saw that 1 time 3 messages did arrive, the other times 2 or 4.. Those test accounts have validated their email address!

Alex told several times that the arrival from the messages to all is upgraded so that more people do get the messages to all..

But thats not true!! Before I got on all 5 the accounts the messages to all and the last 3 times I did not! :(

The last 3 messages to all where send between 7/10/09 and 07/11/090

Can someone explain to me why this is getting worser in stead of better? Its unacceptable for me that most messages to all still dont arrive at my members, specially when it are important ,messages...( like telling members that the site is gonna be in maintenance mode and or asking members to support the site).

You guys keep saying that you wanna help us with monetizing our sites to cover the sites costs, thats very nice of course! But delivering the message to all at validated email addresses is top priority in this matter I think! Don't you agree..?

This problem exist more then a year now... :((
