This is done automatically by all the search engine. They crawl the net for urls. Either way you can submit it yourself to google... go to http://www.google.co.uk/addurl/?hl=en...

What you can do is write a blog about your site, or try osting a comment on some site and making sure you reference the url you want google to find. It does not have to be a huge blog or a major comment. The point is to reference your url somewhere as a link. This way search engines will find it...

This forum is 5 months old and I don't know whether you've resolved your issue or not. But for anyone stumbling upon this, Allow me to enlighten you what Oscar has been been trying to tell you. Your site is one among millions, and for search engines to index your site would require more than just being on the internet. It requires several factors. The activity on your network, and other sites that point to your network. For instance, I have accounts with Google Groups, Google Friend Connect, Blogger, Myspace, Youtube, Orkut, Bebo, Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo Groups, Plaxo, Friendster, and about a hundred more social networks. I also use Google Webmaster tools and my network is listed in several databases. All of these sites point back to (have links to) my network, and I have the kind of SEO others pay for. There is no simple "fix" for getting your network recognized by search engines. It takes some work. -

You need a couple of urls pointing at your network. Once you've got them somewhere on the web, the search engines will find you... Post on a forum or a blog and sign with your url... This should do the trick...
