Need to be able to limit the number of photos per member

A member of my network has uploaded over 1000 images over the last couple of months, which - particularly given the limited photo display options - makes it harder to browse through the 13000+ photos on transdivine.com, is overloading storage, and - frankly - amounts to more than anyone will ever view. I've told them they can't upload any more unless they delete some, but this isn't the answer.

I need the ability to limit the number of images an individual member can upload. And though I know we can delete all content now from deleted members, I'm not clear as to whether you can select a batch of images from an album of a current member and delete them all at once. Doing it one by one from their album is impossible.

And please don't tell me that you can do it from the normal photos view, because although you can, there are 525 pages to go through on my network, and no way of searching them! With 5000+ members, it's a nightmare to find the first photos anyone has uploaded in the main photo view.
