no chat, no people online working on my site!
The chat area on my site stopped working days ago and now the "PEOPLE ONLINE" no longer works... What can be done to fix these problems???

Inappropriate?I have this problem too Mark. The people from socialgo tried it and it works for them. They have sent me screen shots.It still doesn't work for me though. It remains a mystery.

Inappropriate?NO JOHN MEMBERS WERE SENDING ME REALTIME MESSAGES AT THE SAME TIME THAT THE "PEOPLE ONLINE" SAID NOBODY WAS ONLINE AND I HAVE A BUNCH OF MESSAGES FROM MEMBERS TELLING ME THE CHAT'S NOT WORKING!!!
THE STAFF AT SOCIALGO HAS NOT EVEN CONTACTED ME AND NOW THEY WANT US MEMBERS TO START PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE ON FEB 15???? FIX THESE PROBLEMS AND I'LL CONSIDER IT!!!

Inappropriate?@Mark - Would you be able to provide your network URL so we can take a look?
@Rudi - As we were able to use the chat feature on your network we know it's not broken, so now we've gotta see what else could be causing the problem...more often than not it could just be a simple thing on your computer, or something installed in your browser. What OS and browser are you using? Do you have any toolbars installed in your browser?

Inappropriate?Hi Tom, I do'nt think it's a browser or system problem because I asked other ppl if they can see anyone online too and they can't. When I sign out however, and I go to member area, then I can see them online. But that's no good of course because you have to be signed in to be able to use the chat feature.

Inappropriate?I agree with Rudy and Shy Matsi. We have installed too the WHO-IM from Widget Laboratory that shows correctly who ́s on-line, and the Site and the Chat shows just a few people on-line, and we have sure there are a lot more! (http://clubeglamour.socialgo.com).

Inappropriate?I logged in with two different accounts at the same time with different
browsers, Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox 3 on Vista, no toolbars intalled.
I used Firefox with the account Fred and Internet Explorer with the account John. When I'm on Firefox I can't see John online and when I'm on Internet explorer I can't see Fred online, even being active seconds ago. When I go to the members page in the Browse tab using Internet Explorer with the John account, I will see my John account with the green text "Online Now" and I see the Fred account without the green text "Online Now" but it shows Last Online: 12 secs ago, the same thing happens with Firefox.
No account show online in the "People Online" module.
In the screenshot you can see Fred without the green text "Online Now" but you see Last Online: 12 secs ago
