Oldest members that never validated e-mails don't receive e-mails

Dear friends from Socialgo,

Alex said to us that now oldest members soud receive our e-mails. So we tried to send a message by Admin.Center in "Message Members", but the message still don't arrive to the oldest members that didn't validate his/her mail accounts (example our Member "MPart" and others that did't receive).

So the problem remains the same:

Since you change to a FORCE-VALIDATION EMAILS system we are loosing lots of members, because our almost 7.000 members until you change this (now almost 8.500) lots of them never validated their emails, and because of that never received any email, information or publicity from our Network.

When oldest members gonna receive our Administration emais (messages)????
